About Counselling
There may be times when we feel the chance to talk things through with somebody neutral and unconnected to our lives may be beneficial. Talking about our issues with an empathetic listener can help us feel truly heard, enhance our wellbeing and find a way forward. I have personally witnessed how profound change to people's lives can be brought about in this way.
As an integrative counsellor, my work is primarily informed by the person-centred and psychodynamic traditions. However I also draw from other therapeutic approaches to suit your unique individual needs. There can be many reasons why people seek counselling, for example:

I work with individual adults on a time-limited or longer term basis. My practice is fully insured, and professionally supervised in accordance with BACP guidelines.
